The Mobile Pass is valid for use at all Sodexo Mobile Pass partner merchants. Please look for the Sodexo Mobile Pass acceptance signage or visit mp.sodexo.ph/merchants for the complete list. For further inquiries and assistance, please approach the partner merchant’s store supervisor or manager.

Using the Mobile Pass App, consumers will be able to combine, transfer and import their Mobile Pass, check remaining mobile passes, view transaction history, and update their user profile.

Consumers may also convert their Mobile Pass activation code to Sodexo Mobile Pass using their Sodexo Mobile Pass App, through SMS or via an online portal. For details, please refer to mp.sodexo.ph/faq

As provided in Sec. 2 par. 2 of DTI DAO 10-04 Series of 2010, “For this purpose, gift checks/certificates and cards that are distributed by the supplier to consumers under an award, loyalty or promotional program are not covered by this order.”

The revalidation period pertains to when the security features, template and format of the Mobile Pass shall be subject to the revalidation process of Sodexo.

If the Mobile Pass is already subject for revalidation, this must be replaced at any Sodexo office in the Philippines, free of charge, provided that the Mobile Pass is still unused, and the security features, template and format are identifiable and have not been compromised.

Each Mobile Pass is intended to be used and be fully consumed in a single merchant.

Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the Mobile Pass.

This Mobile Pass is not convertible to cash.

Partner merchant policies on acceptance of the Mobile Pass shall apply.

Sodexo shall not be liable for any claims or damages directly arising from or incidental to the purchase of the goods and/or services from partner merchants.

Security and Privacy Policy

The security of your data is one of our top priorities here at Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines. That is why we’ve undergone the necessary precautions to ensure that you are protected when you register your information in any of our digital platforms.

The personal information you will submit upon registration is protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and is kept in a secured database within our savers.

By agreeing to our security and privacy policy, you are allowing us to collect and use your personal information to help us improve our services. You can trust us that we will not share or sell your personal information outside the organization.

However, there may be exceptional circumstances which may require us to disclose personal information such as when there are grounds to believe that it would be necessary to prevent threat to life or health or for law enforcement purposes. Sodexo is committed to complying with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines. This policy may change from time to time without prior notice.

IP addresses and cookies

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service.

They enable us:

  • To estimate our audience size and usage pattern.
  • To store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests.
  • To speed up your searches.
  • To recognise you when you return to our site.

You may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our site.
